Help wanted with converting 1 line asm i386->x86_64

I tried to find out some time ago too, but couldn't find anything
helpful.  IIRC on FreeBSD __x86_64__ and __amd64__ get defined, but not
on FC.  Someone with a x86_64 box could maybe send the output of
"cpp -dM /dev/null" for reference.
