Can't assign review bug to myself

Hi Josh,

I had exactly the same problem and it should be documented in the wiki.
The steps to get permission are:

   ==> Go to:  https://admin.fedora.redhat.com/accounts/
     ==>  "Edit your account" 
     ==>  "Add new membership"
       ==>  Groupname:    fedorabugs
            Role type:    user
            Role domain:  -empty-

and then wait for someone to approve it.
