BloGTK in extras?

BloGTK is a simple pygtk2-based weblog interface for posting and
editing. Seth used to provide an RPM for this one, but doesn't anymore.
Is there anyone involved in packaging this for Extras?  If not, I'd like
to throw my hat in the ring.  I'll reply to this post with a specfile
once I have one cleaned up and ready to go.
