I can request cvs branches?

Hi,

There is something strange, I can edit the Extras/CVSSyncNeeded page. Is 
it normal? From the explanation it doesn't seems so. 

I also think that this page isn't that clear. In my opinion there should
be a 'formal' explanation of the syntax above the panel, the example
should also be above the panel, and last the panel should be introduced
by something like:

   Enter your branch requests in the following panel.
