Whoops. I almost forgot something useful.

In perl packages where the license text is often missing, there is a
simple way to generate the needed text. In your spec, in %setup use:

   perldoc -t perlgpl > COPYING
   perldoc -t perlartistic > Artistic

Then, you can use this for your %files:

   %doc COPYING Artistic
