There seems to be a communication break-down here.  Where is the review that
states that this package has been approved?  Looking through the comments here,
I cannot see any that state this.  In addition, I can only assume that you think
Michael provided a review, but it looks like he was only providing you some
feedback, since he never assigned the bug to himself for review.

Looking at you account information, it appears Elliot Lee is your sponsor.  I
would suggest working with your sponser on getting this package approved, since
the information on the wiki obviously isn't providing you with enough
information on the steps necessary to get this into FE.
