i assume by mp3 you just mean the tag editor i think that should be ok

sounds good to me the kdemultimedia-extras package would probably get fairly
widespread adoption. I would use both personally.
the only other option i see for kdemultimedia-extras is kdemultimedia-addons
but i dont think it sounds as good.
