I'd be grateful if you do IO::Multiplex, Net::Server does not need it
when used with amavis but it seems that's not the case for all
Net::Server users.

Also it'd be great if someone could OK amavisd-new - it's been
languishing for months in bugzilla, as far as I know all the reported
problems have been fixed long ago.

postfix + postgrey + amavis + spamassassin + clamav is a pretty standard
antispam setup, I think freshrpms is using it on its ML.
