ok, I added a -ksmarttray subpackage. I am not sure whether I should
make it an own package ('-n ksmarttray').

smart-fedora-setup adds a special handling for default kernels but
your additional variants are missing. Is it possible to enumerate
all affected packages? Handling of the new, virtual 'kernel-module'
provides will need upstream changes, too.

I submitted a 'smart-channels' package (bug #175473) for review which
contains definitions for Fedora channels. Although it has probably the
same effect like a plain 'Requires:' (which would be wrong), I added a
dependency on it with a 'Requires(missingok): smart-channels'.
