buildsystem not taking jobs?

Despite people seem to be mass-rebuilding packages for rawhide, and
despite I can't spot anything like these broken deps above in today's
rawhide's "Broken deps" reports, the build system refuses to build any
of my packages since at least Thursday aborting with the error messages
above.
