f771 bus error in devel x86_64

Hello,

On x86_64 (and always on hammer2.fedora.redhat.com, if it turns out to 
be hardware related) I get a reproducible failure when trying a rebuild
of the cernlib.

I tried 3 builds and the 3 builds stopped with an error, for 3 different 
files. The error is:
g77: Internal error: Bus error (program f771)
Please submit a full bug report.

The 3 files are very simple subroutines, so I believe there is an issue 
somewhere else.

The error happened after 8, 9 and 11 minutes.

The builds are build 2079, 2080 and 2081.
