To be correct it has been in rawhide for several weeks now:
it has been provided by the lftp v3.3.x RPM (see #176175).

Sounds right but with one limitation you have to keep FC-4 RPM
E:NVR less or equal than the one in Core in order to avoid upgrade problems.
