Needs work:
* Source php-5.0.4.tar.gz is different from upstream
* Specfile should be in the format %{name}.spec
  (wiki: PackageReviewGuidelines)
* Build failed in mock with this error "No Spec file found in srpm:
php-extras-5.0.4-2.src.rpm" (because of previous issue)
