ok; I do not insist on my fedora.us package, so feel free to maintain
qemu. But please fix the following issues first:

* do not own common directories like /usr/bin or /usr/share/doc
* move /usr/share/doc/qemu-{doc,tech}.html to a better location
* make it honor the $RPM_OPT_FLAGS
* prevent binary stripping by 'make install'; let rpm create a meaningful
  -debuginfo package
* unregister the init-script at uninstallation
* %{?_smp_mflags} can be used
* mark the initscript as '%config'
* license should be 'GPL/LGPL'
