Here's an idea - let's just forget about what WAS at fedora.us and start
focusing on what is or should be in fedora extras, okay?

We're not starting from scratch, we're going to suggest strongly the
spec file standard from fedora.us but we're starting from scratch on
release tags and such things.

Just remember, accidents happen, so if things seem goofy on a few
packages then it is probably just a mistake, not anything else.
