Unsearchable Subject Mail

Subject:  New candidates packages for Extras

Using generic names like this for mail subjects makes it really 
difficult to find discussion about a certain package.  Why not at least 
put the package name(s) in the Subject line so it can be found easier later?

The trouble with this however is that it will be done in many arbitrary 
ways, and some people won't do it at all.  Another thought of how this 
"evolving" process is worse than a database tracked process.
