Had a brief look only:

 * First of all, rebuild failed for me. Last lines here:

make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/misc/tmp/rpm/BUILD/logjam-4.4.0'
+ /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/find-lang.sh /home/misc/tmp/rpm/tmp/logjam-4.4.0.root logjam
No translations found for logjam in /home/misc/tmp/rpm/tmp/logjam-4.4.0.root
error: Bad exit status from /home/misc/tmp/rpm/tmp/rpm-tmp.59001 (%install)

 * Missing build requirement: gettext-devel

 * Likely missing build requirement: librsvg2-devel

   It also fails to recognize and use gtkhtml3-devel
   because it searches for libgtkhtml-3.0.so
   while FC3 has libgtkhtml-3.1.so :

checking for libgtkhtml-3.0... not found
checking for librsvg-2.0 > 2.2.3... not found

 logjam 4.4.0 build configuration:

    - Using GTK: yes
      - Using GtkSpell: yes
      - Using GtkHTML: no
      - Using librsvg: no
      - Use docklet ("tray icon"): yes
    - Using networking backend: curl
    - Build XMMS helper: yes

 * "Vendor" and "Packager" are usually left empty and are filled in
  by the build system.

 * rpmlint reports a non-standard "Group": X11/Applications
  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/RPMGroups

 * In desktop file, I assume we still use "X-Red-Hat-Extra;" instead of
   "X-Red-Hat-Base;" -- tags Comment= and GenericName= could be set,
   especially because the name "Logjam" in the "Internet" menu is very
   ambiguous.
