RFI: pstoedit for inkscape

inkscape would like to use pstoedit to import/export postscript 
docs. Run inkscape (0.41 in this case) and see 
~/.inkscape/extension-errors.log

Extension "Postscript Input" failed to load because a dependency 
was not met.
