Updated packages

Hi Everyone, We've got some updates Packages in extras and the first
package request to the testing repository.

- torcs-data (noarch) 
- anthy (i386, x86_64) 
- libcaca (x86_64) 

testing: 
 - cone (i386, x86_64) 

After cone gets some testing it will hopefully move into released.
