No, yum doesn't deal with SRPMS. The information is in the metadata however ... http://laiskiainen.org/repoquery/repoquery.py


Then you can do things like
[pmatilai chip ~]$ repoquery.py --source --location yum
http://ftp.funet.fi/pub/mirrors/fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/SRPMS/yum-2.1.11-3.src.rpm

..which you can turn into
rpm -ivh `repoquery.py --source --location <package>` to install src.rpm's :)
