AFAICT, that shouldn't be a problem, provided that fixes and updates in
Fedora Extras are tracked painstakingly. Else there might be a) an
upgrade race between an mp3-disabled and an mp3-enabled version, or b) the
mp3-enabled upgrade would lack fixes if it got out-of-sync with updates
in Fedora Extras.
