Mass trivial cleanups for devel branch (user/group = build)

Another problem is that there are several RPMS being shipped
with files belonging to the build user (and build group).

Examples:
* synce-devel
* torc-data-*

A not so quick
   rpm -qplv *.rpm | grep "\bbuild\b"
will certain reveal others.

Shall I start opening bug reports for every package that I find?
