Yeah, executables should't go in /usr/share.

No, it shouldn't. (*Maybe* a 'service httpd graceful', but hey, you're
already having to do a bunch of this by hand anyway...)

I think CGI scripts (and PHP apps) make difficult RPMs that need a whole
bunch of weird special-casing....
