Updated Scribus 1.2.2.1 for FC

Hi,

We have released a new stable version of Scribus 1.2.2.1. Phil Compton
who has worked closely with us on packaging for a while seems to be
away on a project, so I have packaged up Scribus as a Source RPM for
FC.

We would really appreciate someone helping to get this imported into
the build system and sent out as an update for FC-3/FC-4, as it has a
number of improvements,translation updates, bug fixes and stability.

I've tweaked the 1.2.1 spec file to reflect current requirements and
the fact that separate plugins and docs are now packaged together.
