* This is not a full review *

Several problems:

* you also need to package perl-Imager
  (http://search.cpan.org/dist/Imager/)

  Hint: lots of building requirements.

* we need to wait for perl-Template-Toolkit
  (Ville and Spot are working on this ;))

* the build arch is wrong: this is a noarch package

* ths %files section should be like this:

  %defattr(-,root,root,-)
  %{_bindir}/*
  %{perl_vendorlib}/Sprog*
  %{_mandir}/man3/*.3*

* don't TABs in the specfile
