perl-DBD-SQLite

The new version that is available on CPAN already supports
the external SQLite library.  (If it finds sqlite >= 3.2.1,
it uses it; otherwise it builds itself self-contained).

I'm still waiting for the rawhide SQLite update in order to
commit the new perl-DBD-SQLite to extras (devel branch).
