clean mock root without cleaning everything

Hi,

Is there some mock documentation/tips/faq in addition to the README?

I would like to clean the packages installed as prerequisites for a previous
mock build, but not the base packages as they take much longer to install.
It isn't possible to simply do a chroot /var/lib/mock/root as I don't have 
enough privileges. Is there an helper that allows to rpm -e or yum remove 
in the mock chroot?
