All done bar the cvssync (I'll sort out this one via the relevant wiki
page) and build - if this is considered approved shall I send the
APPROVED message to -commits or should I leave it with you (or perhaps
another reviewer if they wish)?

I'm confident any build will be fine (it WORKSFORME), I'm just following
the set procedure. :-D
