libxml++ is old

proof that I can still learn new tricks.  On my development box with
fedora-core-development
fedora-extras-development and livna-fc4 enabled

repoquery --whatrequires --alldeps libxml++
returns only libxml++-devel

on my fc4 box with fedora-core+updates fedora-extras and livna
repoquery --whatrequires --alldeps libxml++
returns only libxml++-devel 

It looks like there isnt anything in Extras nor livna that is
requiring this package.
