Repocopying?

Here's one example... in FC development, builds in dist-fc4 (and 
dist-fc4-updates) are "inherited" by dist-fc5 during the mirror 
repository compose if they are not yet built in dist-fc5.  This I think 
is good to avoid unnecessary waste of space.
