And yet another perl module: perl-File-Find-Rule

This perl-module BR's perl-Text-Glob and perl-Number-Compare, I had
submitted earlier today.

File::Find::Rule is a friendlier interface to File::Find.  It allows
you to build rules which specify the desired files and directories.
