It used to say:

%files -f INSTALLED_FILES
%defattr(-,root,root)
%doc ChangeLog README CREDITS doc/ examples/

> Should be:
> 
> %install
> rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT
> python setup.py install -O1 --skip-build --root=$RPM_BUILD_ROOT
