request for review: mercurial

Since Xen is moving to using mercurial, I'm going to need to be able to
run it to get at the repository so I figured I might as well package it
up for Extras.

Mercurial is a fast, lightweight source control management system
designed for efficient handling of very large distributed projects.

SRPM and specfile at http://people.redhat.com/~katzj/mercurial/.  Builds
cleanly in mock and rpmlint seems happy with it.
