you are missing one essential point:

FE PRs in bugzilla.redhat.com refer to FE not to your private sources.
So a PR remains unfixed, unless it is fixed by a package in FE.

Closing PRs in bugzilla, doesn't help end users which are stuck with a
problem and are eagerly waiting for you to provide a fix, and lets
appear you as a jerk to them.
