Yes, I saw that bit. I'm going to ahead and make the executive decision
that .info files are of low priority since they already exist in the
binutils package, and I'm going to drop the "Requires: binutils".

TBH I don't really *have* a target OS per se; I'm building the toolchain
in order to get Linux (most likely LFS) running on a HPC. But if it
helps create a mipsel branch for Rawhide then I'll go ahead and change
it.
