Request for review: perl-Maypole (and friends)

Most of the packages seem to have some _cosmetic_ issues, so I think
it'll suffice to mention them once here, and not repeat in all reviews:

- CFLAGS and OPTIMIZE not needed for noarch
- No need to define perl_vendor* or use "|| :" in %check in > FC2
- LD_RUN_PATH hacks in %build not needed in > FC1

No need to rush and fix these now if you're not bored :).  That can be
done after someone approves the packages.
