I beg to differ.

The Application Subgroups Archiving, Communications, Databases, Editors,
Emulators, Engineering, File, Internet, Multimedia, Productivity,
Publishing, System, Text should fit most purposes.
Admittedly, the difference between Communications and Internet is
small, and Internet could be fleshed out a bit but still, it's a good
basis for grouping packages.

And I consider it much better then __nogroup__.
