That's sort of the catch... to use a wiki request page approach a
"small" group of people need to act as comps file admins to process
the requests.  I'm willing to help out with this with writing up
instructions in the wiki, and maybe even being one of the admins for
the comps requests. But I don't have enough experience with mucking
around with the comps files to be able to handle this out of the gate.
I'd need some on the job training.  So if you can't help get this ball
rolling... is there anyone else out there in Extras land who can? 
Feel free to delibrately name people whom I should actively poke in
the eye.
