New Package: monotone

Hello,

I have create a package for monotone 0.20. Monotone is a distributed
version control system.

SRPM: http://www.herr-schmitt.de/pub/monotone/monotone-0.20-1.src.rpm
SPEC: http://www.herr-schmitt.de/pub/monotone/monotone.spec

Known Issues:

On bug #162684 I have reported a issue on boost, which coused by a strange
behaviour of gcc-4.0.1 with so called anoymous enums.

you can compiled montone only, if you have build boost with the patch, I have
posted on the bug report.
