* Lots of missing build requirements

  BuildRequires:  perl(ExtUtils::Depends), perl(ExtUtils::PkgConfig)
  BuildRequires:  perl(Glib), perl(Gtk2)
  BuildRequires:  libgnomecanvas-devel >= 2.0.0

* Empty *.bs files should be removed in binary perl modules

  find $RPM_BUILD_ROOT -type f -name '*.bs' -empty -exec rm -f {} ';'

* Dist tag missing
