This should be an absolute URL pointing the source tarball.

BuildPrereq is an rpm anachronism. Using "BuildRequires:" instead is
preferred.

In general, most such Requires are superfluous - Please check.

Is this package using automake or libtool? 

Then, you will want to prefer using
