Request for review : gkrellm-aclock & gkrellm-freq

Hi,

I've finally reinstalled my main laptop with FC4, and was missing these
two gkrellm plugins I heavily depend on ;-) so I've split them out of my
gkrellm-plugins package to include them into Extras. I may also be doing
the same shortly for other plugins.

For now : gkrellm-aclock & gkrellm-freq
