Request for review: pygame

Fyi: There is a pygame in livna already (it's named python-pygame
there). Other 3rd-party repos seem to have it also.

In livna it's build against smpeg-devel, other repos probably do the
same. That leads to the question: Does a majority of the games based on
pygame require it with mpeg-support? If yes it *might* be better to just
leave pygame out of extras and let the 3rd-party repos do their job. Or
has pygame plugin-support or something like that so this problem could
be solved easily?
