Nothing, AFAICT:
[pmatilai at weasel yum-utils]$ ./repoquery.py --whatrequires --alldeps 
libxml++
libxml++-devel-0:0.26.0-4.x86_64

I packaged libxml++ back in the fedora.us days with *something* in mind 
but managed to forget what the something was in the process. :)
If somebody is interested in the package, feel free to take over, update 
and do whatever you want with it.
