Some examples of content which are not permissable:

Ogg/mp3 files
^^^

Huh? The distribution supports Ogg and already includes Ogg files.

Here is a short list of some of the Ogg files in my /usr/share/sounds
directory:

KDE_Beep.ogg
KDE_Beep_Car.ogg
KDE_Beep_Classic.ogg
KDE_Beep_Connect.ogg
KDE_Beep_Digital_1.ogg
KDE_Beep_Digital_2.ogg
KDE_Beep_Double.ogg
KDE_Beep_Harsh.ogg
KDE_Beep_Phone_1.ogg
KDE_Beep_Phone_2.ogg
KDE_Bottles.ogg

rpm -qf KDE_Beep.ogg
kdebase-3.4.1-0.fc4.1

I see others in /usr/share/apps, and there are probably others in
packages I don't have installed.
