nedit package imported

Hello all,

after a little spec file tuning of nedit discussed here I imported the
new nedit-5.5 package to Fedora Extras devel and started the initial
build. Because this is a former Fedora Core package:

there's no explicit approval needed before inclusion. Thanks again for
reviewing this package.
