Any tips or guidelines for creating ruby packages?

Treat ruby like perl. If it adds functionality to ruby, then it needs to
be in the ruby namespace (ruby-foo), unless it has ruby in its name
already. If its an application written in ruby, then it doesn't need to
be in the namespace (foo).
