More status on the Extras buildsystem (fwd for those not on -maintainers)

We should now be up and running with all of the build machines for the
Extras build system. There are now 3 machines for doing x86_64 and i386
builds and one machine for ppc builds. I've successfully done a build
for FE3, FE4 and the development tree and so think everything should be
sanely set up. If not, DO NOT SEND MAIL TO SETH :-) You can send mail
here, to fedora-extras-list or file a bug in bugzilla against the Fedora
Infrastructure product, buildsys component.

Also, I've added a 'make plague' target to the Extras Makefile.common.
This is for testing prior to switching 'make build' over to using
plague-client. If you install the packages Seth pointed to[1], then
this should work. If not, let me know[2].

And thirdly, there is going to be some network work going on tomorrow
(Friday) evening between 2100 and 0200[3]. So some hiccups might occur
then. Builds will hopefully resume after the outage is over, but worst
case scenario is that I might have to kick stuff when I wake up Saturday
morning.

[2] A patch would be even better... :)
[3] Timezone is America/New_York which should currently be -0400. You
can use 'TZ="America/New_York" date' to find out the time here and
figure out your offset from it.
