Need help with a spec that contains jar files.

Hi,
I'm trying to package texlipse[1], a plugin for eclipse that helps to
write latex. But I'm not familiar with packaging jar files, is there
any special point that I must follow? rpmlint prompts that jar files
are not indexed, how to get around that? My spec files can be found
here in fedora-gro cvs[2].
