Request for review: rinetd

This might be OT - I'm interstate and don't have the history of the
discussion.

Ignore the following if rinetd isn't an xinetd / initd like app.

If it is, then unless it's based on DBUS, and can also replace init, and
in the future, cron, kudzu, and alot of other event based launch
systems, there really won't be much use of it.

You can add it though. But there's a good chance other things will offer
more benefit over xinetd than rinetd does.
